Job summary

Fairview Health Services is seeking an Onboarding Specialist (temporary) to coordinate onboarding from offer to start date at the Midway Corporate Campus in St. Paul, MN.

The role is on site and runs through the end of 2026, focusing on compliant, welcoming processes and accurate data handling. You will partner with EOHS, recruiting, and hiring leaders to manage tasks, sign-on bonuses, licensure verification, and essential paperwork while maintaining confidentiality and positive candidate

Qualifications

• 2 years HR experience required.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.

Responsibilities

• Schedule new hire appointments with candidates to expedite start dates.
• Assign and monitor onboarding tasks for accuracy and compliance.
• Manage credentialing and update internal systems for payer processes.
• Meet with new hires to complete paperwork and enroll in trainings.
• Verify work eligibility and maintain regulatory documentation.
• Use systems to track I-9, DHS, ATS, and records.
• Coordinate with EOHS, recruitment, and leaders for clearances.
• Address concerns and resolve onboarding issues promptly.
