Qualifications

• 3-5 years of onboarding or HR operations experience.
• Knowledge of onboarding processes, employment documentation, background checks, I-9 verification, and HR compliance requirements.
• Strong communication, organization, and follow-up skills with the ability to coordinate multiple onboarding activities.

Responsibilities

• Review, validate, and approve onboarding requests to support timely provisioning.
• Initiate and monitor background checks for new hires and temporary staff.
• Coordinate onboarding documentation, approvals, tickets, and related tasks for accuracy and compliance.
• Serve as primary point of contact for candidates through pre-employment and onboarding processes.
• Communicate onboarding status and next steps to candidates and stakeholders.
• Conduct I-9 verification in compliance with federal regulations.
• Maintain confidentiality of employee records and sensitive information.
• Coordinate executive onboarding with cross-functional stakeholders.
