Job summary

The Armor Group is seeking an HR Generalist to support a broad range of HR functions in a fast-paced environment. This temporary role focuses on employee relations, benefits administration, policy implementation, and ensuring compliance across the organization.

The ideal candidate will manage data in the HCM system, participate in payroll adjustments, and assist with performance management, training, and career progression initiatives. This position is office-based in Mason, Ohio.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Business/HR.
• 3+ years of HR experience preferred.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Proficient with MS Office including Excel, PowerPoint, Teams.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality.

Responsibilities

• Establish and maintain paid time off policies in HCM.
• Process PCNs and maintain data integrity in HCM.
• Answer employee questions and serve as HR resource.
• Handle data requests, EEO-1 reporting, and employment verifications.
• Maintain employee relations and advise management.
• Conduct exit interviews and analyze results.
• Maintain emergency rosters and evacuation lists.
• Collect market data via compensation surveys and present to Director.
• Prepare pay adjustments and communicate with Payroll.
• Assist with performance management, training, and career progression.
• Assist in job description updates and org charts.
• Open Enrollment processes and wellness initiatives.
• Input monthly training records and provide front desk coverage.
