Job summary

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• 2–5 years of HR operational experience at Associate level.
• Strong proficiency in Excel for data manipulation.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills; ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Experience ensuring accurate, timely offboarding and exit interviews.
• Familiarity with retail/wholesale industry HR processes.

Responsibilities

• Support employee relations activities, including scheduling and conducting investigation interviews.
• Process position management updates such as new roles, reclassifications, cost centers, supervisors, and BU assignments.
• Submit and track job actions including requisitions, promotions, job changes, and terminations.
• Partner with the reporting team to prepare and manipulate HR data in Excel.
• Conduct exit interviews and manage offboarding tasks (e.g., equipment return, system access, final pay).
• Track PIP deadlines, check-ins, and deliverables.
• Serve as point of contact for coordination with HR centers of excellence (leave, ADA, compensation, employee experience).
