Job summary

Prime Healthcare is seeking a Temporary Talent Acquisition Assistant in Coshocton, OH to support the Talent Acquisition team with administrative duties, candidate screening, and interview coordination. You will work with hiring managers, HR staff, and external vendors to ensure recruitment processes meet the organization’s needs, with daily hours 7:30am–4:00pm or 8:00am–4:30pm, Monday through Friday.

Qualifications

• High school diploma/GED required.
• Secretarial training, clerical and previous office experience required.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs required.
• Demonstrates positive interpersonal and effective communications skills.
• Bachelor's Degree in human resources, business or a related field preferred.
• Previous experience in health care recruitment preferred.

Responsibilities

• Source and screen candidates for assigned openings, ensuring minimum qualifications are met.
• Coordinate and track interviews with hiring managers.
• Work closely with hiring managers, HR staff, senior leadership and external vendors to ensure recruiting practices meet organizational needs.
