Qualifikationen

• Experience with electronic applicant tracking systems (ATS).
• Experience developing and negotiating job offers.
• Experience using various sourcing techniques to attract active and passive candidates.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs.

• Manage full-cycle recruitment for clinical and non-clinical healthcare positions.
• Utilize iCIMS ATS and CRM systems to maintain candidate pipelines and records.
• Source and engage active and passive candidates using advanced search techniques and sourcing tools.
• Screen candidates to verify qualifications, licensure, certifications, and alignment.
• Coordinate interviews and collaborate with hiring managers to support hiring decisions.
• Track recruitment metrics such as time-to-fill, source-of-hire, and pipeline health.
• Represent the organization at career fairs and campus outreach to build a graduate pipeline.
• Support positive candidate experience and employer branding initiatives.
