Job summary

Prime Healthcare is seeking a Temporary Talent Acquisition Assistant in Coshocton, OH to support the Talent Acquisition team with administrative duties, candidate screening, and interview coordination. You will work with hiring managers, HR staff, and external vendors to ensure recruitment processes meet the organization’s needs, with daily hours 7:30am–4:00pm or 8:00am–4:30pm, Monday through Friday.

Responsibilities

• Source and screen candidates for assigned openings, ensuring minimum qualifications are met.
• Coordinate and track interviews with hiring managers.

Position: Temporary TA Assistant

Schedule: 7:30am - 4:00pm or 8am to 4:30pm Monday - Friday

Responsibilities

The Talent Acquisition Assistant will be responsible for performing various administrative, secretarial and clerical duties for the Talent Acquisition department. Talent Acquisition Assistant will source and screen candidates for assigned job openings, ensuring minimum qualifications are met, and coordinate and track interviews with hiring managers. Talent Acquisition Specialist will work closely with hiring managers, other facility human resource staff, senior leadership, and external vendors to ensure that recruiting practice meet the organization’s needs.
