Astera Health is currently accepting applications for a Temporary position to help our Finance department with a project at the Wadena Clinic.

This position is a temporary position with an established end date of December 31st, 2026.

Any extension beyond this date is contingent upon staffing needs and is not guaranteed.

This position has a flexible schedule and looking for 40-80 hours per bi-weekly pay period.

Essential Duties and Core Competencies

• Assist with Oracle invoice downloads
• Ability to effectively operate standard office equipment and software
• Maintains confidentiality of information and privacy compliance
• Ability to perform tasks both collaboratively and independently

Physical Requirements

Heavy Duty: exerting 50-100 pounds of force occasionally or 25-50 pounds of force frequently, or 10-20 pounds of force constantly to move objects, including the human body (based on U.S. Department of Labor data). Must be able to operate a motor vehicle. The following physical activities are required to perform the job:
Occasionally (up to 33% of work time): Standing, sitting, lifting, pushing, pulling, kneeling, crouching, smelling, color vision.
Frequently (34-66% of work time): Walking, carrying, stooping, reaching, handling, talking, hearing, near acuity vision.
