RI International in Peoria, AZ is seeking a Temp Customer Service Specialist for days to support the program as receptionist and clerical assistant. This role requires standing Friday through Sunday with every other Wednesday, 7:00am to 7:30pm, plus orientation and onsite training.

The position pays $17.00–$18.50 per hour and includes the potential for transition to full-time based on performance and business needs.

Qualifikationen

• High School Diploma or equivalent; Associate’s Degree preferred.
• Minimum of one year of clerical or office experience required.
• Excellent computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite.
• Effective communication both verbally and in writing.
• Excellent interpersonal skills.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Organizational skills and a high degree of accuracy.
• Works cooperatively in a team environment.
• Must be able to pass de-escalation training, as defined by state requirements.

Aufgaben

• Acts as receptionist for the program and greets visitors.
• Triage phones calls and gather information for accurate data logging.
• Enter individuals' data into computer systems during initial registration.
• Assist in billing/audit data collection and ensure compliance with policies.
• Oversee usage and maintenance of office equipment; manage petty cash.
• Perform routine typing and clerical tasks; organize and file documents.
• Maintain confidential filing systems and keep reception areas neat.
• Assist in ordering and stocking office supplies and support related duties.
