Recovery Innovations is seeking a PRN / As Needed Customer Service Specialist - Nights to serve as the program receptionist and provide clerical support at the Crisis - Recovery Response Center in Peoria, AZ.

The role requires strong computer and communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to handle confidential information in a HIPAA-compliant environment. Training is provided and shifts include two 12-hour nights per month.

Aufgaben

• Guest Care & Advocacy: Answers telephones and acts as receptionist, triages calls and logs data for each call.
• Compliance & Risk Management: Assists in data gathering for billing and audit purposes; adheres to regulations and policies.
• Cross Functional Collaboration: Oversees use, maintenance of office equipment and maintains petty cash.
• Additional Duties: Performs routine typing, filing, copying, faxing, and filing system maintenance.
