Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent; Associate’s degree preferred.
• Minimum 1 year of clerical or office experience.
• Excellent computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite.

• Organizational skills and a high degree of accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Answers calls and acts as receptionist for the program, logging data from callers.
• Performs initial registration and inputs data into the computer.
• Assists in data gathering for billing and audits; stays current on regulations and policies.
• Oversees use and maintenance of office equipment and maintains petty cash.
• Performs typing and other clerical tasks; maintains confidential filing.
• Keeps reception areas neat and orderly; manages supplies and ordering as needed.
• Performs other related duties as assigned.
