Job summary

Recovery Innovations in Peoria, AZ is seeking a Customer Service Specialist to serve as the program receptionist and provide routine clerical support. You will log calls, assist with registrations, and help keep data accurate.

The role requires strong computer skills and excellent communication, with a full-time schedule 7:00am–7:30pm on a Thursday, Friday, Saturday, and every other Wednesday shift; orientation and training are onsite.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent, Associate’s Degree preferred.
• Minimum of one year of clerical or office experience.
• Excellent computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite.
• Effective communication both verbally and in writing.
• Excellent interpersonal skills.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Organizational skills and a high degree of accuracy.
• Works cooperatively in a team environment.
• Must be able to pass de-escalation training, as defined by state requirements.

Responsibilities

• Guest Care & Advocacy: Answers telephones and acts as receptionist for program, triages calls and logs data.
• Performs functions necessary for initial registration and inputs data into computer.
• Compliance & Risk Management: Assists in billing/audit data gathering and follows policies.
• Cross Functional Collaboration: Oversees maintenance of office equipment and petty cash.
• Additional Duties: Performs typing, filing, copying, organizing and maintains confidential filing system.
