Job summary

Tennessee Board of Regents in Nashville is seeking a Temporary – Computer Lab/Help Desk Technician to assist with daily operations of User Support Services, helping students, faculty and staff with technology-related issues and assisting computer lab technicians and media services with technology setups. Hours are up to 28 per week at $20.00 per hour.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Demonstrated experience with maintaining and answering questions about technology equipment.

Responsibilities

• Provides Help Desk phone support to the Nashville State community.
• Answers questions about hardware/software configurations and performs password resets.
• Records work in the Help Desk ticketing system.
• Assists computer lab technicians and media services with set up and delivery of technology equipment for classrooms, offices, and campus events.
