UCLA Extension is seeking a dynamic Career Services Specialist (Limited) to empower students and alumni in achieving professional goals. You will coach, convene workshops, build employer partnerships, and drive data-informed career services initiatives.

As part of the Center for Advising and Student Success, you’ll deliver personalized guidance, host events, and connect learners with internships and employment across diverse industries.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years progressive experience in career development or advising.
• Ability to provide career advising and coaching to diverse students and alumni.
• Knowledge of adult learners and continuing education needs.
• Familiarity with employer engagement and recruitment processes.
• Experience with data collection, analysis, and outcome metrics.

Responsibilities

• Provide personalized career guidance and coaching to students and alumni.
• Facilitate career workshops, webinars, and relevant programming.
• Develop and nurture employer partnerships and internship opportunities.
