Qualificações

• High school diploma or equivalent required; some college preferred.
• Minimum of three years of administrative and customer service experience.
• Experience in Career Services, job development, staffing or recruitment preferred.
• Strong English language and professional presentation skills.
• Ability to gather data, analyze results, and present findings.
• Ability to generate leads and meet placement goals.
• Knowledge of local business community.
• Attention to detail and accuracy.
• Microsoft Office proficiency (Word, Excel, Outlook).

Responsabilidades

• Provide one-on-one employment assistance to students and graduates.
• Generate employer database through cold calling, mailing, and site visits.
• Maintain relationships with externship sites and employers.
• Meet weekly placement goals and 90-day employment verification.
• Identify and develop extern site opportunities for students.
• Track weekly extern attendance (time cards).
• Assist graduates in securing education-related employment through resume and interview support.
• Establish relationships with existing and new companies.
• Participate in program advising committee meetings.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
