Qualifications

• 3 - 5 years progressively responsible experience in the field, including knowledge of career development theories, evolving career services advising, and contemporary labor market trends across diverse industries.
• Demonstrated ability to provide career advising, coaching, and student support services to individuals from diverse backgrounds.
• Knowledge of career development theories, workforce trends, and the needs of adult and non-traditional students.
• Knowledge of recruiting processes, employer engagement strategies, and connecting students with opportunities.
• Proficiency in CRM systems and data management tools with privacy compliance.
• Skill in delivering career counseling, workshops, and presentations across in-person, hybrid, and virtual environments.
• Ability to develop engaging career education resources and self-service tools.
• Strong networking to foster employer and alumni partnerships.
