The Building People, LLC, has a position open for a temporary full-time Boiler Maintenance for first shift Saturday - Sunday between December 1st and March 31st. The boiler maintenance will maintain, test, modify, adjust and repair boilers and associated equipment, and operate the boilers.

Daily tasks include monitoring steam pressures, temperatures, and levels, plus servicing piping, electrical, and control systems.

Qualifikationen

• Must have a clear background investigation.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation to work.
• Extensive boiler maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair experience.
• Maintenance documentation completion and filing.
• Strong customer service skills.
• Proficient with Microsoft Word and Excel; familiar with CMMS.

Aufgaben

• Maintain, test, modify, adjust and repair boilers and associated equipment.
• Operate boilers and monitor steam pressures, water temperatures, and levels.
• Inspect, service piping, electrical, and control systems.
• Repair and replace components; clean nozzles and oil filters.
• Record daily systems operating conditions.
• General housekeeping of equipment and spaces.
