Job summary

Pegasus Support Services, LLC seeks a skilled HVAC maintenance technician to service building systems including boilers, chillers, and electrical components. You will observe readings, adjust controls, log operations, and ensure safe, efficient operation while upholding SOPs and safety directives.

Responsibilities include preventive maintenance, emergency repairs when needed, and maintaining tools. The role requires US work authorization, NATE certification, and the ability to pass background

Qualifications

• Requires US citizenship or work authorization in the US.
• Requires NATE or an equivalent certification.
• Understanding of the US NEC.
• Ability to pass a background check and drug screening.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and work in a physically demanding environment.

Responsibilities

• Perform maintenance, repair, and troubleshooting for HVAC, boiler and chiller systems.
• Conduct preventive maintenance inspections and repairs in facilities.
• Support maintenance of low/high voltage equipment.
• May perform emergency services as needed.
• Maintain Low-Pressure Steam Boiler systems and related equipment.
• Comply with safety and environmental standards.
• Maintain tools and equipment inventory.
• Be willing to be trained in boiler system upkeep.
