Sprung Services, Inc. is seeking a Plant Maintenance Mechanic for our manufacturing environment. The role covers maintenance of production equipment, packaging machinery, processing systems, and facility utilities to ensure safe, efficient operations.

You will engage in preventive maintenance, respond to breakdowns, and uphold safety and sanitation programs. The position supports utility systems, reads technical manuals, and documents maintenance activities while working in a team-oriented

Formación

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Minimum 2 years of maintenance experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Experience in electrical systems, hydraulics, pneumatics, PLCs/automation, electronic controls, HVAC systems.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to read manuals, schematics, and blueprints; work independently.
• Effective communication and teamwork in a fast-paced setting.

Responsabilidades

• Perform planned and unplanned maintenance on production, processing, packaging, and utility equipment.
• Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, hydraulic, and automated systems.
• Respond to equipment breakdowns and emergency repair situations.
• Read and interpret manuals, schematics, blueprints, and work orders.
• Maintain accurate maintenance records and safety standards.
• Support preventive maintenance programs and inventory management.
