The Building People, LLC, has a temporary full-time Boiler Maintenance position for first shift (Saturday-Sunday) in Pennsylvania. The role involves maintaining, testing, modifying, adjusting and repairing boilers and related equipment, operating boilers, and ensuring steam pressures, temperatures, and levels are kept within safe ranges.
You will inspect systems at USDA ERRC, perform repairs, document maintenance, and ensure compliance with manufacturer instructions.
The Building People, LLC, has a position open for a temporary full-time Boiler Maintenance for first shift Saturday - Sunday between December 1st and March 31st. The boiler maintenance will have the responsibility of maintaining, testing, modifying, adjusting and repairing boilers, and associated equipment. Additionally, the boiler maintenance position must operate the boilers. Steam pressures, water temperatures, and levels are to be maintained at all times, and all piping, electrical, and control systems are to be serviced and maintained. The boiler maintenance employee shall make all necessary repairs and adjustments to boiler and chiller equipment to correct reported or identified deficiencies and maintains required operations. Repairs and adjustments shall be made in accordance with equipment specifications and manufacturers' instructions.
Boiler Maintenance will inspect, maintain, test, modify, adjust and repair boiler related systems, and components at USDA ERRC. These activities include, but are not limited to:
