Job summary

Omaha Steaks is seeking a Temporary B2B and Direct Sales Customer Service Specialist in Omaha, NE. You will provide customer service and sales support to internal sales representatives and customers, collaborating with the sales staff to meet expectations and with supervisors to improve processes.

You will handle inquiries, resolve order issues for B2B and the Steak Advisor Team, schedule callbacks, monitor agent schedules, and assist with reporting tasks.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• 2-4 year college degree or equivalent preferred in Business or Marketing.
• 1 year of customer service experience in a sales environment preferred.
• Strong phone and data entry skills.
• Experience with MS Office and Internet.
• Experience with Salesforce, other sales databases.
• AS400 knowledge preferred not required.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service and sales support to internal sales representatives and customers. Works with the sales staff to ensure customer expectations are met. Works with supervisor to create processes to increase efficiency.
• Serves customers and sales team by handling customer service inquiries and resolving order issues for B2B and the Steak Advisor Team (Account Managers)
• Schedules call back requests for agents
• Monitors agents schedules and reassigns pending callbacks if needed
• Helps monitor support queues for requests to be handled or referred to other areas of the company for resolution
• Assist Operations Team with various reporting tasks
• Special projects as time permits
