Responsibilities

• Coordinate shipments with procurement, supply chain, fulfillment teams and 3PL vendors.
• Source and onboard third-party carriers for TL and temperature-controlled freight.
• Vet carrier rates and select cost-effective transportation options.
• Operate McLeod TMS to dispatch inbound/outbound shipments.
• Manage transportation agreements with carriers and 3PL brokers; obtain bids and monitor shipments.
• Supervise the Logistics Coordinator; assign work and support development.
• Review and code transportation invoices; maintain KPI reporting and budgets.
• Support the private fleet backhaul program and assist with logistics projects.
