Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; associates or bachelor's degree preferred.
• Prior experience in inventory management, facilities coordination, or asset management preferred.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel and Outlook.
• Familiarity with fixed asset inventory processes or federal property compliance requirements.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate access to research laboratories and campus locations for asset tagging.
• Physically affix asset tags to federally funded equipment per policies.
• Verify asset information including serial numbers, model numbers, funding sources.
• Maintain records in asset management systems and communicate timelines.
• Ensure safety protocols and compliance in lab environments.
