The role also includes reviewing month-end activity, updating procedural manuals, and delivering property records training to inventory coordinators. Familiarity with Stratus and Assetworks is preferred.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Two years of administrative staff experience.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
• Ability to communicate effectively both orally and in writing.
• Ability to interpret and apply departmental policies.
• Ability to perform mathematical computations and prepare reports.
• Familiarity with office equipment and software.

Aufgaben

• Planning, coordinating and conducting the biennial physical inventory / audit cycle for capital and sensitive assets.
• Identifying new capital and sensitive property acquisitions and tagging records.
• Updating asset records for transfers, disposals and corrections.
• Ensuring compliance with institutional and USM regulations.
• Reviewing month-end activity before closing the fixed asset Stratus module.
• Maintaining policies and procedures manuals.
• Administering property records training with inventory coordinators.
• Performing other related duties as assigned.
