Job summary

Qualifications

• 2+ years of Accounts Payable experience.
• Experience with high-volume AP operations.
• Experience communicating directly with vendors about invoices and payments.
• Strong customer service and email communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Perform payment research and resolution across invoices, payments, and exceptions.
• Coordinate with Accounting, Treasury, and Operations to resolve payment issues.
• Assist with invoice processing and AP workflow monitoring as needed.
• Support month-end AP activities and related projects.
• Maintain accurate vendor communications and issue resolution records.
