Job summary

Pacific Oaks is seeking a motivated admissions support professional for a temporary 3-month contract (October–December) at our Pasadena campus. The role focuses on rapid-response outreach to prospective students who have inquired about programs, serving as the friendly first point of contact and scheduling admissions appointments.

You will perform high-volume outreach by phone, email, and text, document activity in Salesforce and CampusVue, and help move inquiries toward admissions counseling.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred; equivalent education/experience considered.
• 1–2 years of high-volume phone outreach, admissions recruitment, customer service, or inside sales.
• Experience with CRM or student information systems is highly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Rapid Inquiry Outreach: high-volume outbound calling, emailing, and text messaging to new inquiries.
• Student Engagement & Triage: conduct introductory conversations to identify interests and address enrollment barriers.
• Appointment Setting: book admissions appointments with counselors.
• CRM Data Entry: document outreach, contacts, notes, and status changes in Salesforce/CampusVue.
• Target Achievement: meet daily outreach and engagement targets.
