Pacific Oaks College & Children's School seeks an admissions support professional for a 3-month temporary contract (October–December) to rapidly respond to inquiries and guide prospective students toward admissions advising appointments on-site in Pasadena, CA.

You will handle high-volume outreach via phone, email, and text, document interactions in Salesforce/CampusVue, and ensure daily targets are met while delivering friendly, accurate information about programs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred; an equivalent combination of education and experience will be considered.
• 1–2 years of experience in high-volume phone outreach, admissions recruitment, customer service, or inside sales.
• Excellent verbal, phone etiquette, and written communication with ability to build rapport with adult learners.
• Familiarity with CRM or database tracking software (Salesforce and CampusVue or similar).

Responsabilités

• Rapid Inquiry Outreach: outbound calling, emailing, and text messaging to new inquiries within response targets.
• Student Engagement & Triage: introductory conversations to identify interests and address enrollment barriers.
• Appointment Setting: book qualified students into admissions appointments with counselors.
• CRM Data Entry: document outreach, contacts, notes, and pipeline changes in Salesforce/CampusVue.
• Target Achievement: meet daily outreach and engagement targets.
