Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred; equivalent education/experience considered.
• 1–2 years of high-volume phone outreach, admissions recruitment, customer service, or inside sales.
• Excellent verbal, phone etiquette, and written communication skills.
• Familiarity with CRM or database tracking software (Salesforce and CampusVue or similar).

Responsibilities

• Rapid inquiry outreach via calls, email, and text within response targets.
• Conduct warm introductory conversations to identify student interests and address questions.
• Book admissions appointments for qualified students.
• Document outreach attempts and pipeline status in CRM systems.
• Meet daily targets: 60+ outreach touches and at least 2 hours of phone engagement.
