Job summary

Pacific Oaks College seeks a motivated, detail-oriented admissions support professional for a 3‑month contract (October–December), onsite in Pasadena. You will perform rapid-response outreach to prospective students, share program information, and schedule admissions advising appointments.

You will engage with inquiries, triage interests, and guide candidates through the enrollment process, documenting interactions in CRM systems.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred; equivalent education/experience considered.
• Strong verbal, phone etiquette, and written communication skills with ability to build rapport with adult learners.
• Familiarity with CRM or database tracking software (Salesforce and CampusVue or similar) preferred.
• High energy, organized, reliable, and able to thrive in a fast-paced outreach environment.

Responsibilities

• Rapid Inquiry Outreach: high-volume outbound calls, email, and texts within response-time targets.
• Student Engagement & Triaging: conduct introductory conversations to identify interests and address questions.
• Appointment Setting: book admissions counseling appointments for qualified prospects.
• CRM Data Entry: document outreach, contacts, notes, and status changes in Salesforce/CampusVue.
• Target Achievement: meet daily outreach targets (60+ touches, 2+ hours of phone activity).
