Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Process invoices for payment accurately within the PeopleSoft Financial system.
• Manage purchase order invoicing and utility billing entries using the AiM System.
• Oversee incoming mail operations, including date-stamping, scanning, and digital archiving of invoices.
