Job summary

Octagon is seeking a Temporary Account Executive within the Client Services team to manage sponsorship activations across sports and lifestyle programming. This W-2 contract runs immediately through 31 December 2026, with a hybrid office schedule in Stamford and multiple U.S.

locations. You will support data tracking, reporting, and on-site execution, collaborating with agency and client teams, vendors, and talent.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience in account management or client services.
• A genuine interest in sports, entertainment or lifestyle culture.
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
• Self-starter with ability to learn quickly in a fast-paced environment.
• Willingness to travel domestically (20–45%).

Responsibilities

• Support the sponsorship activation process across sports and lifestyle programmes.
• Assist with data allocation, tracking and measurement for events globally.
• Help organise sponsorship assets and talent/ambassador usage as needed.
• Prepare reports, briefs, staffing schedules and activation plans.
• Support weekly project plans and capture comprehensive notes from calls.
• Assist with event and industry research requests and finance administration.
