Job summary

Octagon is seeking a Temporary Account Executive (Client Services) to lead client programs across sports, entertainment, and lifestyle platforms. Based in the United States, the role offers hybrid work with three days in the office and travel as needed.

You will support the team in development, planning, and execution, coordinating documentation, reports, and on-site coverage to ensure flawless activations for high-profile partners.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience in account management or client services in sports or entertainment.
• Strong work ethic and initiative to support team efforts.
• Genuine interest in sports, entertainment, gaming, music, or celebrity culture.
• Self-starter with willingness to learn in a fast-paced environment.
• Attention to detail and proactive problem solving.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and tasks.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Word).
• Flexible travel domestically (20–45%).

Responsibilities

• Support sponsorship activations across sports, entertainment and cultural platforms.
• Collaborate with agency and client teams to develop programs and execution plans.
• Assist with event documentation, reporting and measurement.
• Manage weekly project plans and capture notes from calls.
• Support research requests and budget processing.
• Handle finance administration including invoices and PO processing.
• Provide on-site support and administrative tasks as needed.
