Job summary

Citizens Bank Akron seeks a friendly Teller to greet customers in the lobby and guide them through simple transactions using our mobile app or ATMs. You will deliver personalized service to help customers reach their financial goals and connect them with Bankers for the next steps.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED is required.
• Minimum of 6 months experience processing transactions (cash and/or digital payments).
• Minimum of 1 year demonstrated customer experience, recommending and referring products and services to customers.
• Strong listening and communication skills.
• Ability to ask questions to identify needs and build long-term relationships.
• Problem solving to provide effective solutions for customers.
• Customer-centric mindset to deliver exceptional service.
• Comfortable using digital technology to support business goals.
• Ability to work branch hours, including weekends and evenings.
• Complete a video interview assessment after applying as the next step.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers in our lobbies and assist with transactions.
