Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Supervise Teller operations and daily sales activities to ensure quality service.
• Coach Teller staff and engage in the sales process to promote referrals.
• Monitor cash handling, balancing, security, and ATM balance procedures.
• Train new Tellers and schedule branch activities.
• Maintain compliance with bank procedures, confidentiality, and regulatory guidelines.
• Collaborate with branch leadership and represent the bank at events.
• Ensure reliable attendance and perform other duties as assigned.
