FirstBank Fort Oglethorpe is seeking a Teller Manager to supervise the Teller area and drive sales activities while ensuring prompt service and accurate daily balancing. You will coach tellers, oversee cash handling, security, and compliance, and work with leadership across locations to uphold FirstBank's distinctive service excellence.

This role requires five years of Teller experience and a high school diploma, with opportunities to lead team performance and contribute to community banking

Competenze

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Minimum five years of teller experience.
• Must be bondable.

Mansioni

• Supervise Teller operations and daily sales activities to ensure quality service.
• Coach Teller staff and engage in the sales process to promote referrals.
• Monitor cash handling, balancing, security, and ATM balance procedures.
• Train new Tellers and schedule branch activities.
• Maintain compliance with bank procedures, confidentiality, and regulatory guidelines.
• Collaborate with branch leadership and represent the bank at events.
• Ensure reliable attendance and perform other duties as assigned.
