The Ohnward Bancshares, Inc. in Eldridge, IA is seeking an experienced Teller Supervisor to lead the Teller team, manage schedules, and ensure accurate cash handling and customer service.

You will train new Tellers, perform performance reviews, monitor ATM operations, reconcile cash drawers, and cross-sell bank products while maintaining security and regulatory compliance. This role requires strong leadership, attention to detail, and a commitment to excellent service.

Qualifications

• Requires High School diploma or GED; 2-4 years in teller or customer service roles.
• Strong supervisory and training abilities; able to coach and evaluate staff.
• Proficient in cash handling, ATM operations, and basic computer systems.

Responsibilities

• Direct and manage the Teller team; schedule Tellers and approve time off.
• Conduct performance reviews and hold regular staff meetings.
• Train new Tellers; ensure accuracy in cash drawers and ATM troubleshooting.
• Provide friendly, professional customer service and cross-sell bank products.
• Reconcile cash drawers, monitor vault access, and maintain security compliance.
