Job summary

Responsibilities include supervising Tellers, approving time and PTO, training staff, and handling cash drawer audits while ensuring compliance with policies and security protocols.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED.
• 2-4 years’ Teller or Customer Service Representative experience.

Responsibilities

• Direct and manage the Teller team and schedule staff.
• Approve time worked and PTO.
• Write performance reviews and hold performance discussions.
• Supervise Tellers and cash drawers; investigate discrepancies.
• Train new Tellers in bank procedures; promote friendly service.
• Provide access to vault and safety deposit boxes.
• Replenish and troubleshoot ATMs.
• Carry money to vault and audit regularly.
