Job summary

TEN Credit Union is seeking a Teller Supervisor at our Bellevue Branch to lead daily teller operations, coach staff, and ensure top-tier member service. You will play a pivotal role in maintaining branch efficiency, driving front-line excellence, and supporting branch growth through leadership, referrals, and teamwork.

Ideal candidates have supervisory experience, strong communication skills, and a solid understanding of financial operations.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Associate degree or coursework in Business Administration or a related field preferred.
  • One year of management or supervisory experience required, plus some college coursework; OR
  • Three years of financial institution experience with at least two years of management experience.
  • Strong understanding of financial institution operations, policies, and regulatory requirements.
  • Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Outlook.
  • Typing speed of 40 WPM with a minimum accuracy rate of 95%.
  • Ability to travel to TENCU's Main Branch and other locations as needed.

Responsibilities

  • Supervise daily teller operations and support branch staff development.
  • Coach team members to deliver outstanding member service and achieve goals.
  • Ensure compliance with policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
  • Conduct performance evaluations and provide feedback and development opportunities.
  • Monitor branch transactions, balancing, corrections, and audit readiness.
  • Collaborate with Risk Management and Internal Audit to maintain operational integrity.
  • Communicate branch goals and initiatives to staff.
  • Contribute to operational reporting and workflow improvements.
  • Support community engagement, business development, and marketing initiatives.
  • Maintain branch facilities, equipment, and supplies.

Schedule: Full-Time, On-Site Monday - Thursday: 8:15 AM - 5:15 PM Friday: 8:15 AM - 6:15 PM

Starting Pay: $24.00 - $27.00 (Depending on Experience)

  • Help maintain branch facilities, equipment, and supplies to ensure a professional environment.
  • Perform additional duties as needed to support branch and organizational success.

Please note: Occasional overtime may be required to meet business needs.

What You'll Bring
