Job summary

TEN Credit Union is seeking a Floating Teller Supervisor based at the Main Branch with responsibilities across multiple Tennessee locations. This full-time, on-site role includes frequent travel to Cookeville and Johnson City, TN, and provides leadership to Teller and Service Transaction Specialist teams while safeguarding branch operations.

You will promote exceptional member service, ensure cash controls and compliance, and collaborate with branch operations to drive performance and member

Based at Main Branch | Supporting Multiple Tennessee Locations Full-Time | On-Site $24.00 - $27.00/hourly

TENCU is looking for an experienced and motivated Floating Teller Supervisor to provide leadership and operational support throughout our Middle Tennessee branch network, with occasional travel to Cookeville and Johnson City, TN. What You'll Do

As a Floating Teller Supervisor, you'll serve as a trusted operational leader across multiple branch locations by:

• Supervise, coach, and develop Teller and Service Transaction Specialist teams
• Support daily branch operations, cash controls, security, and compliance standards
• Promote exceptional member service and identifying opportunities to meet member financial needs
• Provide guidance on operational procedures, regulations, and best practicesConduct performance evaluations and support employee development plansAssist with account openings, account maintenance, and other platform servicesMonitor branch performance and helping locations achieve organizational goalsCollaborate with Branch Operations, Marketing, and Risk Management to improve processes and member engagementSupport community outreach efforts and represent TENCU professionally throughout the communities we serve

Qualifications

Required:

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Some college coursework in Business or a related field and at least one year of management experience; OR
• Three years of experience in a bank, credit union, or financial institution, including two years of supervisory or management experience
