Job summary

TEN Credit Union in Nashville, TN is seeking a friendly Teller for the Main Branch to help members with deposits, withdrawals, and everyday banking needs. This full-time role provides opportunities to deliver outstanding service and build lasting relationships.

The position offers a Monday–Thursday 8:00 AM–5:00 PM schedule, Friday until 6:00 PM, competitive pay of $18.00 per hour, and benefits. Candidates should have a high school diploma and a year of cash handling and customer service

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• One year of cash handling and customer service experience.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Dependability and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Process deposits, withdrawals, payments, and other financial transactions accurately.
• Deliver exceptional member service in person and over the phone.
• Build relationships and identify needs to support members' financial goals.
• Maintain compliance with Credit Union policies and regulatory requirements.
• Adapt to changing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Utilize technology and banking systems efficiently.
• Contribute to a positive, team-oriented culture.

• Monday - Thursday: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
• Friday: 8:00 AM - 6:00 PM
