Job summary

TEN Credit Union in Goodlettsville, TN is seeking a friendly Teller to join our Rivergate Branch.

As the face of our credit union, you will handle member transactions, provide courteous service, and learn core computer systems.

The role is on-site, with competitive pay, employer-paid medical, dental and vision insurance, a 401(k) match, and eleven holidays. High attention to accuracy and compliance will help our members achieve their financial goals.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• One year of cash handling/customer service experience.
• Experience working in a financial institution is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Process financial transactions with a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail to ensure member accounts are handled with care.
• Deliver exceptional service by promptly and professionally assisting members with their needs, whether in person or over the phone.
• Adapt quickly and effectively to new processes and evolving responsibilities in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
• Demonstrate a commitment to compliance by learning and upholding all federal regulations and Credit Union policies to protect both the institution and our members.
• Maintain a consistent and reliable attendance record, understanding that your presence is crucial to the team's success and our ability to serve members.
• Utilize core computer programs and be comfortable learning new software systems.

Job Type: Full-Time (On-Site)

Schedule: Monday - Thursday, 8:00 AM - 5:00PM & Friday, 8:00 AM - 6:00PM

Compensation: $17.00 to $18.00/hourly
