Job summary

TENCU is seeking a full-time Teller at our Main Branch in Nashville, TN. You’ll handle deposits, withdrawals, payments, and other transactions while delivering exceptional member service and building trusted relationships.

Join a team that values integrity, teamwork, and member-focused service. High school diploma and cash handling experience preferred; 40-hour schedule with some variability. We offer competitive pay and a supportive culture.

Responsibilities

• Accurately process deposits, withdrawals, payments and other transactions.
• Deliver exceptional member service in person and by phone.
• Build relationships and identify ways to support members' financial needs.
• Maintain compliance with Credit Union policies and regulatory requirements.
• Adapt to changing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Utilize banking systems efficiently and contribute to a positive team culture.

Schedule

• Monday - Thursday: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
• Friday: 8:00 AM - 6:00 PM

What We're Looking For

Required:

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• One year of cash handling and customer service experience
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Dependability and attention to detail

Preferred:

• Experience working in a financial institution
