RCB Bank is seeking a customer service-focused teller to support branches across a region by processing transactions accurately and in compliance with policies. You’ll help uphold high service standards, prevent fraud, and promote banking products while assisting locations with higher volumes or staff gaps.

Ideal candidates bring prior customer service experience and have completed teller essentials training after hire.

Qualifikationen

• Previous customer service experience.
• Successful completion of teller essentials training program after hire.

Aufgaben

• Obtain customer identification, signatures, and transaction information; process transactions according to regulations and procedures at assigned branch.
• Examine cash, checks, and documents to verify authenticity and identify potential fraud; follow escalation procedures for unusual activity.
• Balance cash drawer daily, research discrepancies, and report outages to supervisor.
