Responsibilities

• Obtain customer identification, signatures and other required information; record and process transactions according to regulations and procedures.
• Examine cash, checks and documents to verify authenticity and detect potential fraud; escalate unusual activity per policy.
• Assist customers with questions and concerns during transactions and refer issues to supervisors as needed.
• Balance drawer at end of shift and report outages to Teller Supervisor.
