Job summary

RCB Bank is seeking a customer-focused teller to accurately process financial transactions across our multi-branch network. You will obtain customer information, verify documents, and maintain service standards in every interaction.

Responsibilities include balancing cash drawers, assisting customers with inquiries, and escalating issues to supervisors when necessary. Prior cash handling and teller training support success in this role.

Qualifications

• Customer service experience is required.
• Successful completion of teller essentials training program after hire.

Responsibilities

• Obtain customer identification, signatures and other required information; record and process all transactions according to regulations and procedures.
• Examine cash, checks and other documents for authenticity; detect potential fraud or suspicious activity; escalate as needed.
• Professionally assist customers with questions and concerns during transactions; refer to supervisors when needed.
• Balance drawer at end of shift and report outages to Teller Supervisor.
