Job summary

RCB Bank is seeking a tell-er to provide excellent customer service while accurately processing transactions across branches in Oklahoma. You will support multiple locations, uphold fraud-prevention standards, and promote banking products to improve the customer experience.

The role emphasizes community involvement, reliability, and adherence to bank policies in a climate-controlled office environment. Prior teller or cash-handling experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• Previous customer service experience is required.
• Experience handling cash and balancing cash drawer is preferred.
• Ability to follow teller procedures and escalation protocols.

Responsibilities

• Obtain customer identification, signatures, and other required information; record and process all transactions at assigned branch.
• Examine cash and documents to verify authenticity and detect potential fraud; escalate unusual activity.
• Balance cash drawer daily; research discrepancies and report outages.
