Job summary

RCB Bank is seeking a customer-focused teller to process financial transactions accurately and in compliance with bank policies. You will support a multi-branch network, promote products, and help safeguard assets through proper fraud prevention and cash-handling procedures.

The role emphasizes clear communication, ability to manage multiple tasks, and community involvement. A strong customer service background and completion of teller essentials training after hire are required.

Qualifications

• Customer service experience.
• Successful completion of teller essentials training program after hire.

Responsibilities

• Obtain customer identification, signatures and other required information; record and process all transactions according to regulations and procedures.
• Examine cash, check and other documents submitted for the transaction to verify authenticity, detect potential fraud or suspicious activity, and protect against financial loss; escalate unusual activity.
• Professionally assist customers with questions and concerns during transactions; refer customers to supervisors when needed.
• Balance drawer at end of shift and report outages to Teller Supervisor.
