You will process deposits and withdrawals, cash checks, savings bonds and payments, maintain confidentiality, and explain features and benefits of our products. Strong communication and cash-handling skills are essential, as is a high school diploma and reliable cash drawer balancing.

Qualificações

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience in banking or cash handling preferred.
• Strong verbal and written communication.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality.
• Customer service oriented.

Responsabilidades

• Greet customers and process transactions accurately and confidentially.
• Handle deposits, withdrawals, cash checks, Savings Bonds, and loan/credit payments.
• Follow procedures to meet quality, regulatory and code-of-conduct standards.
• Review account information and assist customers with questions using internal systems.
• Perform branch opening and closing duties independently.
• Manage and balance cash drawer daily.
• Maintain daily/monthly reports (e.g., Teller Difference, Mail/Instrument Counts, Record Retention).
