Ideal candidates have a high school diploma or GED, 2+ years teller experience, and strong communication and tech skills. Travel to nearby branches and occasional training may be required.

Formación

Responsabilidades

• Assist Operations Supervisor with teller unit activities, motivating staff to provide superior customer service.
• Provide technical guidance and training to Tellers regarding operating procedures and applicable systems.
• Process routine banking transactions and resolve customer issues.
• Assist in cash management duties, including monitoring reserve cash and daily proofs.
• Recruitment and training of new Tellers.
