Qualifications

• Ability to work weekends and at neighboring branch locations when required.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Operations Supervisor in teller unit activities, motivating staff to provide superior customer service.
• Serve as a backup to Operations Supervisor and tellers as needed.
• Provide technical guidance and training to Tellers regarding operating procedures and systems.
• Ensure transactions are conducted accurately and efficiently.
• Assist in the management of work schedules and task assignments.
• Process routine banking transactions and resolve moderate customer issues.
• Assist in cash management duties and daily cash handling procedures.
• Respond to sales and service needs to reduce customer wait times.
• Promote suitable bank products and services to meet client needs.
• Support recruitment and training of new Tellers.
