Job summary

Sound Credit Union’s Auburn Branch is seeking a Teller / Member Service Representative to assist members with financial transactions and provide exceptional service. The role requires a high school diploma and one year of customer service experience, with cash handling and sales experience preferred.

Notary and NMLS may be required for higher levels, and bondability is essential. Shifts are Mon-Fri with some Saturdays, in-person at the Auburn branch, with a compensation package including

Qualifications

• One-year experience in a customer service position required.
• Cash handling and retail sales experience is preferred.
• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Must be bondable.
• Notary and NMLS certifications are necessary for UA II level and higher and require US citizenship or permanent legal residency in order to be obtained as per WA State Law.

Responsibilities

• Assist members with financial transactions and inquiries to deliver exceptional member service.
• Explain account status, balances, and loan details.
• Build relationships and provide information on products and services.
• Be the first point of contact in the branch.
